We have a unique understanding of our clients’ needs as well as our candidates’ experience. We require all of our candidates to have prior professional experience working in private homes or estates. Candidates must also provide verifiable references from previous employers and must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Description
Once an agreement for services is signed, we begin putting together the necessary job description(s) for your staffing needs and then search our extensive database for the right staff.
Candidate Selection
Pre-screening interviews are conducted to determine the top candidates. 805 Estate Staffing’s proprietary process ensures that we find the best fit(s) for your household staffing needs.
Background Check
We conduct standard background checks on the candidates you interview, this includes criminal and driving records.
Interview
We help coordinate first and second interviews with your top preferences, including all necessary follow-up.
Trial Period
You may choose to have a trial period with a selected candidate, and we will coordinate the details to ensure your comfort and convenience.
Candidate Hire
We finalize the hiring of your selected candidate, assisting you in negotiating employment terms so you can confidently complete the process.
Once your staffing needs are filled, we are also always available for questions and mediation during this adjustment period. We can develop routines and schedules for your new staff to follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Beyond placement of domestic staffing services, we offer specialized training for new and/or existing staff, we can help with setting up a new property (such as a summer or winter home, yacht, private plane, etc.) and we can create home training manuals.
